先重啟，重啟還是不行就是服務(wù)被禁用了，依次開啟 eventlog服務(wù)，“WorldWideWebPublishing”服務(wù)，然后iis一般就可以正常了。

如果還是不行，可以參考下面的方法，逐一嘗試。

1.系統(tǒng)環(huán)境：Windowsxp+sp2,II5.0

解決辦法：

在Internet信息服務(wù)下有本地計(jì)算機(jī)(計(jì)算機(jī)機(jī)名)，單擊名鍵，選擇斷開

提示確實(shí)要斷開本地計(jì)算機(jī)(計(jì)算機(jī)機(jī)名)嗎？選擇確定。

右鍵單擊Internet，選擇連接，計(jì)算機(jī)名填本機(jī)名稱，用戶名填本機(jī)管理員帳號(hào)(Administrator)

確定。

2. IIS元數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)可能壞了，測(cè)試一下。

解決方法：

Open a command prompt and change to the C:\Inetpub\Adminscripts folder.

At the command line, type cscript adsutil.vbs enum (without the quotation marks).

If this command is successful, it enumerates the settings in the metabase.

If the command is not successful, you receive the -2146893792 (0x80090020) error code.

假如有備份，把數(shù)據(jù)回復(fù)。

3. 解決IIS不能啟動(dòng)，提示服務(wù)器沒有及時(shí)響應(yīng)啟動(dòng)或控制請(qǐng)求！

解決方法：

站點(diǎn)訪問失敗，IIS服務(wù)無法啟動(dòng)：

查看World Wide Web Publishing Services所需要依賴的服務(wù)(Dependencies；

啟動(dòng)RPC；

接著啟動(dòng)IIS Admin Service；

接著啟動(dòng)World Wide Web Publishing Services；

IIS恢復(fù)正常。

4. 因?yàn)橄到y(tǒng)用了時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)了。

解決方法：重裝完成后,先裝了瑞星再裝IIS的。
